Terms and Conditions
1. Booking Confirmation:
Bookings are confirmed only after full or partial payment is received as per the agreed terms.
Payments made through our payment gateway will include a processing fee as applicable.
2. Pricing:
Prices listed are indicative and subject to change based on availability, season, and currency fluctuations. Final prices will be shared before booking confirmation.
3. Travel Documentation:
All travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and permits, where applicable.
4. Liability:
Unhotel will not be held liable for any delays, cancellations, or changes due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather, natural calamities, or government restrictions.
5. Health and Safety:
Travelers are advised to purchase travel insurance and ensure they meet any health or fitness requirements for the trip.
Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation by the Traveler:
30+ Days Before Departure: 75% refund of the total amount paid.
15–30 Days Before Departure: 50% refund of the total amount paid.
Less than 15 Days Before Departure: No refund.
2. Cancellation by Unhotel:
In case of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, travelers will receive a full refund less any administrative charges or an alternative travel arrangement of equal value, as agreed upon.
3. Processing Fee:
Payment Gateway transaction fees, if any, are non-refundable.
Refund Policy
1. Eligibility:
Refunds will be processed only for cancellations made as per the terms mentioned above.
Refund requests outside the cancellation window will not be entertained.
2. Processing Time:
Refunds will be initiated within 7-10 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
3. Mode of Refund:
Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for the booking.
Additional Notes
Customized Trips: The cancellation and refund policy for tailor-made trips may differ and will be communicated at the time of booking.
Force Majeure: In events such as natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics, refunds will be subject to supplier policies and government regulations.
